The Global Health Literacy Academy provides education and services to advance health literacy in the 21st century for individuals, communities, organizations, settings and societies.

 

Notably, the work includes to:

• Explore the scope and scale of health literacy in Europe and beyond.

• Provide education on health literacy for personal and organizational development towards value-based health, well-being and quality of life.

• Develop the fullest potential of stakeholders involved in building health literate societies,

• Advocate for health literacy in the realms of policy, research, education and practice.
